Hi All,

I'm an oldish guy, with a history of Electronic Music interest.

I own quite a bit of Analogue Gear, I'm currently building a VCS3 clone, I've built the wooden case, cost so far £19 for the Hardwood.

I was working in Germany, and had a day spare, so I went down to the Ghielmetti factory in Biberist near Solthurn in Switzerland, I bought a 20 x 20 Matrix Panel, ex-stock and 30 diode pins without diodes. Really nice people, worth contacting, as they sometimes have bits and pieces that are the result of cancelled orders.

In my work, I am often travelling all over the world, and it looks like I'm off to China soon, I'm going to take a spare Sealectro Matrix Patch Panel with me, to see if anyone is interested in manufacturing these, as the cost would be quite low, but I don't know what the demand for them would be like, tooling up for these would finicially viable for less then +5000 units.

There could be someone already making these in China, but I've looked on the Ali-Baba website, and nothing comes up.

My all time favourite synth is an EMS AKS, suitably modified, they are the best around Modular Synthesiser, in my humble opinion.

I have done extensive mod's to mine, mostly all the ones recommended by Graham Hinton.
